I understand that art classes at 7 Tones Art Studio may involve the use of tools and materials (e.g., scissors, paint, brushes, craft supplies) as well as physical movement, which carry an inherent risk of minor injury or accident.
本人理解，7 Tones Art Studio 的美術課程可能使用剪刀、顏料、畫筆等工具及材料，並涉及一定的身體活動，存在輕微受傷或意外的固有風險。
1. Assumption of Risk / 風險自負
I voluntarily allow my child to participate in the class, and release 7 Tones Art Studio, its instructors and staff from any liability for injury, loss, or property damage that may occur during class activities, except where caused by gross negligence on the part of the studio.
本人自願讓孩子參加課程，並同意豁免 7 Tones Art Studio 及其導師與工作人員在課堂活動中因意外造成的人身傷害、損失或財物損壞之責任（因工作室重大過失所致者除外）。
2. Medical Authorization / 醫療授權
In case of a medical emergency and I cannot be reached immediately, I authorize studio staff to seek emergency medical treatment for my child, and I accept responsibility for any related costs.
如發生緊急醫療狀況而無法即時聯繫本人，本人授權工作室人員為孩子安排緊急醫療處理，並承擔由此產生之相關費用。
3. Package Validity & Attendance / 課時包有效期與出席政策
Lesson packages should be completed within the designated time frame (10 lessons within 3 months, 15 lessons within 5 months, 30 lessons within 8 months). In case of illness, family emergency, or other unexpected circumstances, the studio may, at its discretion, extend the validity of the package or arrange a makeup class. Lesson packages are otherwise non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
課時包應於指定期限內完成（10 節課須於 3 個月內完成，15 節課須於 5 個月內完成，30 節課須於 8 個月內完成）。若因病假、家庭突發事件或其他特殊情況，工作室可酌情延長課時包有效期或安排補課。除此之外，課時包一經確認即不可退款或轉讓。
4. Property Damage / 財物損壞
Normal wear and mess from art activities (e.g., paint, glue) is expected and will not be charged. However, the parent/guardian agrees to be responsible for the repair or replacement cost of studio equipment or property that is significantly damaged due to the student's intentional act or negligent misconduct.
美術活動中產生的正常髒污或耗損（如顏料、膠水）屬正常現象，不會另行收費。惟若學生因故意行為或嚴重疏忽導致工作室設備或財物受到重大損壞，家長／監護人同意承擔相關維修或更換費用。
